Thank you so much for your interest in adopting through Cold Nose Warm Heart Animal Rescue!

To ensure we receive your application, please complete the adoption application below and return it to info@coldnosewarmheart.org. This is from our old paper application process, so it does not include cats so please fill it out to the best of your ability with the general information to adopt a kitty or cat.

If the pet you originally applied for has already been adopted or is no longer available, don’t worry! If you’d still like to adopt, simply indicate “Best Match” on the application or let us know you’re open to other animals. Our adoption team would be happy to help match you with another dog or cat that fits your family and lifestyle.

Once we receive your completed application, we’ll begin processing it as quickly as possible. If you’re approved and your original pet is unavailable, your application can remain on file for up to one year, making it easy to apply for another animal without starting over.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolve this technical issue. Thank you for choosing adoption and for considering giving a rescue pet a loving forever home.
